SKIRMISH SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES

Skirmish sponsorships offsets convention costs such as venue, website, and printing. Your contributions help keep the convention badge price low and encourage all people to experience the thrill of the game.

Additional funds raised by Skirmish help us to continue our mission throughout the year. We host gaming events at local schools and other events to introduce tabletop gaming and teach all people how to play and enjoy the hobby and get them from behind their phones and computer screens.

Skirmish accepts both financial donations and products in exchange for sponsorship benefits (subject to approval). All product donations are used in the play to win game library, are used as door prizes, or tournaments and championships awards, so your products will always go home with attendees.

Only sponsors will have the opportunity to host vendor/exhibitor spaces. There are only 9 spaces at 12’ by 6’ available on a first-paid, first-designated basis. A couple of the sponsorships are limited as well.

All sponsors are responsible for submitting all graphics to be included in the program book, website, t-shirts, and social media by January 15, 2024.
